• Willing to travel up to 25% and reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own and hit quarterly and annual new business targets.
• Build your own pipeline of hospitals and health systems through the full sales cycle.
• Engage CFOs and hospital leaders to earn trust and close deals.
• Lead consultative sales process to uncover true problems and solutions.
• Deliver tailored demos addressing compensation pain points.
• Develop relationships with industry leaders and spot new opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline and activity in HubSpot; ensure smooth handoffs with teams.
• Stay updated on provider compensation trends and regulatory changes.
