Job summary

Steer is seeking an Account Executive, Customer Expansion to grow revenue within its existing customer base. You will own the full sales cycle, conduct outbound calls, demonstrate software solutions, and close upgrades for Steer CRM and our phones product.

This is a remote role with a compensation package of $120,000 OTE ($60,000 base + commissions). You’ll thrive in a high-volume, autonomous environment and build strong relationships with small business shop owners.

Qualifications

• Sales ownership with full-cycle closing experience (expansion or account growth preferred).
• Outbound prospecting with proven ability to generate revenue opportunities.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Consistent track record of meeting revenue activity goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive account expansion by calling and engaging Steer customers to upgrade CRM and phones products.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach through demos, proposals and close.
• Use consultative selling to map shop goals to Steer solutions and value.
• Maintain a healthy, forecasted pipeline with up-to-date opportunity records.
