Job summary

Steer is seeking an Account Executive for a remote, high-volume, full-cycle role focused on expanding revenue within our current customer base. You will identify opportunities, conduct outbound calls, demonstrate Steer CRM and phones solutions, and close upgrades.

You will own the pipeline, learn shop operations, and build trust with small business owners while driving growth across a growing platform.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of end-to-end sales opportunities.
• Outbound prospecting and revenue generation experience.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• History of meeting or exceeding revenue or activity goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive account expansion by upgrading CRM and phones products in existing Steer customers.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Use consultative selling to align Steer solutions with shop goals.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM records.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure post-sale success.
