Job summary

Urrly in the United States is seeking an Account Executive for Energy & Regulated Markets to drive new logo sales and expansion with territory ownership and a robust commission plan. You’ll manage full-cycle B2B SaaS deals with electric utilities and other regulated customers, from discovery and demos to procurement and signature, while collaborating with product and compliance teams.

This remote role offers a competitive base and strong OTE. Remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relevant selling preferred.
• Experience selling into energy/utilities or regulated markets.
• Proven full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience.
• Quota attainment with top-quartile performance.

Responsibilities

• Create pipeline through outbound, relationships, partners, events, referrals, and inbound opportunities.
• Close new logos and expansion across discovery, demos, procurement, security/legal review, negotiation, and signature.
• Navigate training, operations, compliance, technical, and executive stakeholders; connect product to value.
• Find creative ways around stalled deals, own next steps, and maintain a disciplined forecast in HubSpot.
