Job summary

MISUMI Americas is seeking an Account Executive for Emerging Accounts who will drive strategic growth across target customers, from initial engagement to long-term, high-value partnerships. You will lead account plans, build pipelines, and manage negotiations with engineering to C-level stakeholders, while representing MISUMI at industry events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record to work remotely and develop account plans.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account business plans for target accounts in the unit.
• Prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Identify and secure prototyping, ramp, production and long-term contracts.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Forecast accurately in Salesforce.com and manage negotiations.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision makers and represent MISUMI Americas at events.
