WithMe, Inc. is a remote-first company serving nationwide clients, with a strong emphasis on work/life balance. The Account Executive will drive the full sales cycle in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, traveling within the territory and ~25% outside for events.

The role carries a base salary of $80,000–$110,000 plus OTE of $60,000 in commission. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will prospect, qualify, and close multi-family and related vertical opportunities, build tailored proposals, and

Competenze

• 2+ years carrying a quota with a track record in MultiFamily Housing
• Experience selling consultative, solution-oriented products with short sales cycles (30/60/90 days)
• Working knowledge of a CRM; outbound prospecting tools a plus

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle in your territory from first touch to signed contract
• Build a pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and network mining
• Conduct discovery to understand operational challenges
• Deliver product demos and tailored recommendations
• Build proposals, present pricing, and close contracts
• Maintain Salesforce accuracy and honest forecasts
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure delivery of what is sold
• Represent WithMe at trade shows and industry events
