WithMe, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the Dallas/Fort Worth area to own the full sales cycle in a remote-friendly, travel-required role. You’ll develop a strong pipeline, run discovery, deliver demos, and close deals within the Multifamily market.

The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000, with an OTE of $60,000 commission, and regular travel within the territory is expected. Join a remote-first company prioritizing work-life balance.

Competenze

• Two or more years carrying a quota with a track record of prospecting, qualifying and closing new business in MultiFamily Housing.
• Experience selling consultative, solution-oriented products with short sales cycles (30/60/90 days).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM; experience with Outreach or similar outbound prospecting tools is a plus.

• Own the full sales cycle in your territory, from first touch to signed contract, with accountability for the revenue target.
• Build a pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and network mining.
• Run discovery to understand operational needs, not just stated wants.
• Deliver product demos and recommendations tailored to client goals.
• Build proposals, present pricing, and close contracts.
• Keep Salesforce clean and your forecast accurate.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure delivery matches what is sold.
