Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Account Executive for a remote-based role in the construction technology space. You will manage an assigned territory, drive new business and expand existing accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal specialists. Travel ~25% of the time to client meetings and demos is required.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience within construction technology, AEC, or related market preferred.
• Experience selling software, hardware or multiple solution offerings is preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and travel ~25% to client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow an assigned multi-state territory with a mix of existing customers and greenfield prospects.
• Prospect into construction and AEC organizations through prospecting, networking and field activity.
• Build relationships with contractors, construction firms and other AEC organizations throughout the territory.
• Identify customer needs and position the right combination of software, hardware and professional services.
• Sell across a portfolio of construction technology solutions, including platforms such as Autodesk, Leica and Bluebeam.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through close and onboarding with the technical team.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional technology, service and support needs.
• Partner with internal technical specialists and external technology partners throughout the sales process.
• Maintain ownership of customer relationships after the sale and support long-term account growth.
• Travel throughout the territory for customer meetings, events and business development activity.
