You will prospect, conduct discovery, present our vetted staffing solutions, and partner with recruiters to deliver top talent while meeting revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success generating new business and meeting sales goals in technology staffing.
• Existing network of hiring managers, technology leaders, and decision-makers.
• Proven ability to prospect, open doors, and win new clients.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within SMB, mid-sized, and emerging enterprise organizations.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, technology leaders, HR professionals, and executive decision-makers.
• Generate opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand hiring challenges and business objectives.
• Present Emergent Staffing's services and value proposition to prospective clients.
• Negotiate service agreements and staffing engagements.
• Partner with recruiters to align on client priorities and hiring strategies.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM data.
