Assistant Launch is seeking an Account Executive to own full sales cycles—from inbound to close—in a fully remote capacity. You will guide founders and operators to match solutions: EA placement, AI Specialist, or AI consulting, while collaborating with marketing and leadership to improve messaging and conversion.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years closing deals, a proven revenue track record, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience handling inbound leads and running full sales cycles.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound to signed agreement.
• Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and close deals.
• Convert inbound demand into paying clients and manage pipeline/CRM.
• Improve sales messaging and share feedback with marketing.
• Represent the brand with founders and operators to deliver a strong client experience.
