Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle in a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS environment. You will prospect, demonstrate, negotiate, and close net-new business with a focus on commercial real estate technology.

You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to articulate business value, maintain a robust CRM, and consistently exceed sales targets while operating during US business hours on a remote basis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience closing net-new B2B SaaS deals.
• Proven quota attainment in a new business environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions in business terms.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound opportunities while proactively building your own outbound pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, negotiations, and close new business opportunities.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
• Partner closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
