Job summary

Investors Equity Group is seeking an Account Executive for Investment Property Lending. You will own real estate brokerage relationships, sign brokerages to the partner program, and stay with referrals through funding, all from a mobile-first workflow.

The role emphasizes independence, direct client engagement, and weekly coordination with a sales manager. You'll demo the app to brokers, coordinate education sessions, and work with our loan team to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• Two or more years selling to real estate agents or brokers
• Self-directed: you set your hours and calendar
• DSCR/property investment experience is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Work a target list of investor-focused brokerages in your territory.
• Meet brokers and agents and demo the app on their phone in under a minute.
• Sign brokerages to the partner program; e-sign on a phone.
• Invite agents and their investor clients to weekly education sessions.
• Stay with every referral until it funds, collaborating with the loan team.
• Meet weekly with your sales manager.
