Job summary

Investors Equity Group is seeking an Account Executive to own real estate broker relationships across the U.S. in a remote, 1099 role. You will sign investor-focused brokerages to our partnership program and keep them engaged as deals move through our loan team, using a mobile-first approach.

You’ll demo the app to brokers, sign them via phone e-signature, invite agents to weekly education sessions, and manage referrals until funding. You’ll meet weekly with your sales manager to review progress.

Qualifications

• Two or more years selling to real estate agents or brokers.
• Open doors rather than work an inbound queue.
• Self-directed; you set your hours and run your own calendar.
• Comfortable running your business from your phone.
• Investment property or DSCR experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• You live in or near your territory.

Our software is cutting edge, and we built it ourselves. It fully underwrites a file in real time, so borrowers get answers as they apply instead of waiting on them. Our account executives run their entire book from their phones.

The role:

You own the real estate brokerage relationships in your territory. You sign investor-focused brokerages to our office partnership program and put our app on every agent's phone. Then you stay with them as their investor clients' deals move through our loan team.

Quote rates, take applications, underwrite or chase paperwork. Our technology and loan team handle the loan. You handle the relationships.
