Investors Equity Group is a fintech mortgage company focusing on investment properties. We enable brokers and agents across 40 states with a mobile-first platform that underwrites files in real time, helping clients get quick loan decisions.

The Account Executive will own territory broker relationships, sign partners to our program, and support investor clients through the loan process, using a phone-centric workflow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling to real estate agents or brokers in mortgage, title, insurance, home warranty or real estate.
• You would rather open doors than work an inbound queue.
• Self-directed: you set your hours and run your own calendar.
• Comfortable running your business from your phone.

Responsibilities

• Own the real estate brokerage relationships in your territory.
• Sign investor-focused brokerages to our office partnership program and put the app on every agent's phone.
• Stay with them as their investor clients' deals move through the loan team.
• Meet brokers and agents, and demo the app on their phone in under a minute.
• Sign brokerages to the partner program with e-sign on a phone.
• Invite agents and their investor clients to weekly education sessions.
• Stay with every referral until it funds, working with the loan team.
