Job summary

Investors Equity Group, a fintech mortgage company, seeks an Account Executive for investment property lending. You will own broker relationships, sign brokerages to our partner program, and guide investor clients through the funding process, all from a remote, phone-based workflow.

You will collaborate with the loan team, conduct weekly education sessions, and maintain your own pipeline. Prior broker sales experience and self-management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two+ years selling to real estate agents or brokers in mortgage, title, insurance, home warranty or real estate.
• Prefer opening doors over inbound queue.
• Self-directed: set your hours and calendar.
• Comfortable running your business from your phone.

Responsibilities

• Own the real estate brokerage relationships in your territory.
• Sign brokerages to the partner program and enable e-sign on phones.
• Invite agents and investor clients to weekly education sessions.
• Stay with referrals until they fund, coordinating with the loan team.
