Job summary

Investors Equity Group in the United States seeks an Account Executive to manage investor-focused brokerages and drive adoption of a proprietary real estate fintech lending app. You will sign brokerages to a partner program, deploy the app on agents’ phones, and guide investor deals through the loan process from initiation to funding.

Qualifications

• Two or more years selling to real estate agents or brokers in mortgage, title, insurance, home warranty or real estate.
• Prefer open-door prospecting over inbound queues and self-manageable calendar.
• Comfortable working from a mobile device and remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Own the real estate brokerage relationships in your territory.
• Sign investor-focused brokerages to the office partnership program and deploy the app on agent phones.
• Stay with brokerages as investor deals move through the loan team.
• Demo the app to brokers and agents in under a minute.
• Invite agents and investor clients to weekly education sessions.
• Collaborate with the loan team to move referrals to funding.
