• Motivate Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to exceed goals through mentoring and incentives.
• Develop key performance metrics and dashboards to focus ADRs on performance.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize pipeline and revenue creation.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
