Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a high-volume customer service role.
• Detail-oriented with strong note-taking for client interactions.
• Willing to work overtime during peak volume.
• Excellent computer skills with Google Workspace.
• Strong time management and written/verbal communication.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Desire to grow your career within the department.

Responsibilities
