Job summary

Openlane is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Post Repo team. In this role you will manage and process customer accounts, respond to inbound inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to meet service levels.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service or finance experience (automotive industry a plus), strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote US role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, finance, or automotive industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts within PAR's internal queue to meet service level agreements.
• Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.
• Partner across departments to meet customer service levels.
• Collect and provide clear, accurate, and complete information using the right tools and procedures.
