OPENLANE is hiring for a fully remote Contact Center professional. This role handles customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate updates and smooth communication with internal teams.

You will support Senior Account Managers, resolve conflicts professionally, and maintain meticulous notes to guide future interactions. The position runs Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm EST, offering growth opportunities within a publicly traded global company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a high-volume customer service role (10+ calls per hour).
• A high level of detail-oriented experience.
• A flexible understanding and desire to work overtime in times of high volume.
• Excellent computer skills with Google Workspace.
• Strong time management, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• A professional nature and proper phone etiquette.
• A desire to grow your career within the department and learn new functions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate internally on client requests as needed for approvals or follow-up.
