OPENLANE is seeking an Account Coordinator to support customer service and finance functions. You will manage accounts, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service levels are met.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, finance, or automotive, with strong communication and tech skills. The role is on-site, with opportunities to contribute to a fast-growing, global remarketing platform.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, finance, or automotive industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts within PAR's internal queue to meet service levels.
• Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.
• Partner across departments to meet customer service levels.
