Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking an Account Coordinator with customer service and finance experience to join our dedicated team. You will manage accounts, respond to inquiries, and support client relationships while leveraging strong communication and accuracy across systems.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in customer service, finance, or automotive industry, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and proficiency with Google Workspace and standard computer applications.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, finance, or automotive industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet time commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts within PAR's internal queue to meet service level agreements.
• Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.
• Partner across departments to meet customer service levels.
• Collect and provide clear, accurate information using the right tools and procedures.
