You will collaborate with Senior Account Managers on solving issues and maintaining professional communication, with overtime during busy periods. A strong desire to grow within the department is encouraged.

Qualificações

• 1+ years’ experience in a high-volume customer service role.
• Detail-oriented with thorough note-taking.
• Ability to work overtime during peak periods.
• Excellent computer skills with Google Workspace.
• Strong time management, organization, and written/verbal communication.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Desire to grow within the department and learn new functions of the organization.
