AbbVie is seeking a Remote Virtual Access Specialist to educate Health Care Providers on patient access, coverage, and reimbursement. This remote role targets HCP offices within the assigned geography and aims to streamline payer processes and improve patient experience.

You will build relationships with providers, navigate payer requirements, and collaborate with FRMs, sales, and market access teams to ensure accurate Rx status and program eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, payer account management, and/or access and reimbursement.
• Thorough understanding of payer policy processes, coverage criteria, and documentation.
• Experience navigating cross-matrix environments and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize workloads at the account level.

Aufgaben

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement via AbbVie tools.
• Be a subject matter expert on local, regional, and national payer policies.
• Develop and sustain relationships with providers within the territory.
• Coordinate with FRMs, HCPs, and teams to update Rx status and eligibility.
• Identify payer trends and report to Patient Services and market access teams.
