Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in a science or related field.
• 3–5 years in account management, payer, or access and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of payer policy processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and cross‑matrix collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and payer processes.
• Serve as SME on local, regional, and national payer policies.
• Build relationships with providers within the territory.
• Coordinate with FRMs, HCPs, and stakeholders for payer updates.
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and market access teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance access.
