Responsibilities

• Act as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff across GSK Oncology.
• Educate on coverage, cost-sharing, and enrollment in PAP services.
• Support patient enrollment and guide offices through enrollment requirements.
• Document activities in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
