Job summary

Learner Education is seeking motivated Academic Sales Representatives to join our fully remote team. This inbound sales role focuses on guiding families from interest to enrollment, communicating the value of tutoring services, and overcoming objections with confidence.

You'll connect with prospective students, conduct discovery calls, propose tailored tutoring solutions, and work toward enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative or inbound sales experience.
• Proven track record meeting quotas and targets.
• Experience handling objections and discussing pricing.
• Highly organized with strong time-management.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and families who expressed interest in tutoring services.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand academic challenges, goals, and tutoring needs.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and communicate their value.
• Discuss pricing, handle objections, and close enrollments.
• Build trust via professional phone, text, and email communication.
• Proactively follow up with prospective families and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain CRM records of conversations, follow-ups, and enrollment outcomes.
• Consistently work toward enrollment, conversion, revenue, and performance goals.
• Take ownership of your results, welcome coaching, and continuously improve your sales performance.
