Job summary

Strategic Education, Inc. is seeking an Advising Support Representative to deliver high-quality learner experiences across programs via phone and text. You will guide learners through milestones, explain policies, and connect them with coaches and resources.

The role emphasizes multi-channel support, knowledge of billing and financial aid, use of Salesforce, Campus Solutions, InContact, and MS Office, meeting SLA targets, and collaborating with coaches and other departments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience with strong written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Travel up to 10% and ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide learner support from first course through graduation and beyond.
• Respond to learner inquiries via phone, email, text, and casework with SLA adherence.
• Educate learners about self-service resources and coach connections.
• Triage questions to academic coaches or other departments as needed.
• Manage learner data and interactions using Salesforce/Campus Solutions, InContact, SharePoint, Pinnacle, ScheduleOnce, and MS Office.
• Support outbound call campaigns and maintain high service quality.
