The position operates in a dynamic call-center environment with multi-channel communication (calls, chats, emails, SMS) and collaborates with faculty and staff to ensure students have the necessary tools to succeed.

Qualifications

• Some college coursework is required.
• At least 1 year of exceptional customer service or advising in an education setting.
• Ability to access and maintain NSLDS; not in default of Title IV aid.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Home office setup with reliable wired internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Support new student enrollment by partnering with Admissions to answer queries and outline costs and funding options.
• Develop and validate an estimated financial plan and timelines for applicants.
• Monitor financial aid and academic progress per policies and Title IV rules.
• Track enrollment, persistence and graduation data using relevant systems.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to address student concerns and connect them with resources.
