Job summary

Zoom is seeking an experienced field marketing leader to drive account-based programs across top US accounts and clusters. You will partner with Sales, SDR, and Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline generation and ROI in a fast-moving enterprise tech environment.

You will own regional calendars, coordinate budgets, and deliver data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, with travel across the USA as needed. This role supports a hybrid/remote working model within a global growth framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing, ABM, or integrated marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Experience executing one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many programs.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline efficiency and business impact metrics.
• Ability to manage regional marketing budgets and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborates across Sales, SDR, and Demand Gen to align field programs with revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute tiered account-based field marketing programs across US accounts, clusters, and markets.
• Build and manage regional field calendars with Sales and Sales Development leadership.
• Own pipeline generation and acceleration for the USA region, reporting against standards.
• Manage regional field and events budget, optimizing for ROI.
• Partner with Sales, SDR, and Revenue Operations for coordinated follow-up and attribution.
