Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager (ABM) based in the United States to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth using AI-powered account-based marketing strategies. You will lead integrated activations across email, paid media, events, content, gifting, and partnerships, turning account intelligence into personalized campaigns.

You will own an experimentation roadmap, measure performance, and scale successful tactics into repeatable ABM programs while collaborating with Sales,

Qualifications

• Experience in building and executing demand generation and ABM programs for enterprise accounts.
• Hands-on experience running campaign funnels and optimizing sourced and influenced pipeline.
• Strong AI/LLM proficiency including prompt engineering and intelligence synthesis.
• Excellent analytical and experimentation skills with clear success metrics.
• Experience with ABM platforms and CRM/MA systems for reporting and activation.
• Ability to translate strategy into briefs and manage cross-functional timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered account intelligence and maintain account profiles with priorities and engagement history.
• Identify decision-makers and blockers, documenting priorities and influence on decisions.
• Use AI tools to generate insights, craft scenarios, and plan campaigns.
• Design one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns for Tier 1 accounts across channels.
• Orchestrate campaigns across email, paid media, events, gifting, content, and partners.
• Create briefs, own timelines, manage budgets, and align with multiple teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops to improve handoffs and feedback loops.
• Maintain an experimentation roadmap and analyze performance indicators.
