Solari is seeking a Crisis Specialist to answer 988 crisis calls for the state of Colorado. This 100% remote role requires residency in Colorado or Oklahoma and offers full-time hours and weekend/evening/night shift differential.

You'll assess risk, triage, and refer callers, document interactions in our EHR, and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to safety, hope, and recovery. Experience in behavioral health and crisis intervention is preferred.

Formación

• GED or high school diploma with four years of full-time behavioral health work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavioral Health preferred; combination with work exp considered.
• Education in behavioral health or substance use fields required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Way: respond to incoming crisis calls, texts, and chats with compassion and expertise.
• Screen & Triage: assess risk and guide interventions using a risk assessment tool.
• Empower Through Education: share mental health resources and community supports.
• Team Player: collaborate in training, meetings, and clinical oversight.
• Document Your Impact: record interactions accurately in the EHR.
