Guidant Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to join a fully remote team, supporting clients nationwide in administering and reporting 401(k) plans. You will review documents, perform plan testing and prepare IRS filings, including form 5500, while learning the full lifecycle of retirement plan administration.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of back-office financial operations, strong Excel skills, and an associate or bachelor's in business or finance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with document review and transaction processing in a back-office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook for daily tasks.
• Familiarity with retirement-plan operations is preferred.

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information to prepare annual reporting.
• Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Prepare 401(k) plan filings including IRS Form 5500.
