Guidant Financial seeks a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist for a fully remote role. You will learn the end-to-end process of administering 401(k) plans, review client documents, and assist with year-end reporting and Form 5500 filings.

The position emphasizes accelerated learning, client communication, and accuracy in reporting. Prior back-office financial ops and familiarity with retirement plans are preferred. Remote work from home with flexible scheduling is offered.

Competenze

• This role requires experience with document review and transaction processing.
• Sizing and reconciliation of plan data is common.
• Experience with 401(k) or IRA administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with annual 5500 reporting is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Mansioni
