Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing.
• 1–5 years of adjacent back-office financial operations experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Direct retirement-plan operations experience preferred.
• Familiarity with 5500 reporting or year-end reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain information for annual reporting.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Execute 401(k) testing and reporting.
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 filings and related documents.
• Educate clients on retirement-plan administration.
