Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join our nationwide team. With at least two years in third-party debt collection, you will negotiate resolutions, arrange payment plans, and help maximize recoveries while upholding compliance and professional standards.

Work from home on a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, in a distraction-free remote workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free remote workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections settings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• History of meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements per borrower finances.
• Use skip-tracing and tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and regulatory requirements.
