LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists for 100% remote work from anywhere in approved states. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions, set up payment plans, and pursue skip-tracing to locate borrowers and assets.

The role emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local debt collection laws, while maintaining professionalism in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip–tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Meet or exceed individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
