LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking Remote Collections Specialists to join our team in a performance-driven, home-based role. We value experienced professionals who can negotiate settlements, maintain high compliance, and work effectively in a remote environment.

The position emphasizes handling inbound/outbound calls, adhering to regulations, and meeting collection goals while providing professional service to borrowers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and policies.
