Qualifications

• At least 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Remote work-ready with professional home office.
• Experience in high-volume collections.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Consistently meet or exceed collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
• Use skip-tracing to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize recovery.
• Meet or exceed performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
