LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to help recover delinquent accounts while maintaining professionalism and regulatory compliance. This role is remote and requires strong negotiation and communication skills.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, set up payment plans, use skip-tracing tools, and document activity accurately. A minimum of two years in third-party debt collection and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Ability to negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Professional remote-work setup for confidential calls.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' finances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
