LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a national, 100% remote team. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Strong communication and high-volume collections experience are essential. The role offers a remote, work-from-home arrangement with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential for additional performance-based

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip–tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous success meeting or exceeding collection goals.
