Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist with at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience. You will negotiate resolutions, manage accounts, and uphold regulatory compliance from a home office.

In a performance-driven environment, you will use skip-tracing tools and develop settlement agreements while maintaining professional, confidential conversations. This full-time role is remote nationwide in approved states.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Remote-work capable with distraction-free workspace.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Experience in high-volume collections.
• Experience using skip-tracing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Use skip-tracing and investigative techniques to locate borrowers.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recoveries.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
