LCS Financial Services Corporation offers a fully remote Collections Specialist role designed for experienced third-party collectors. You will drive recoveries, build rapport with borrowers, and uphold regulatory standards from a home-based setup across approved states.

The position emphasizes negotiation, high-volume activity, and independent work while meeting team goals and performance targets. Competitive compensation with benefits and a weekday schedule are included.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned accounts and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
