LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide, home-based team. You’ll negotiate settlements, build rapport with borrowers, and apply regulatory knowledge to meet recovery targets.

The role emphasizes independence, performance-driven results, and professional communication while ensuring compliance with laws. Eligible states are listed, with a strong focus on remote work success.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management and team while working remotely.
