LCS Financial Services Corporation is actively seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our nationwide team from home. You will manage delinquent accounts, negotiate settlements, and leverage skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while upholding regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third‑party collections, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a disciplined, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate, detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
