LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced remote Collections Specialist to join its nationwide team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing to locate borrowers, all from a home-based workspace while adhering to laws and company policies.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the discipline to work independently in a distraction-minimized remote

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to work independently.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations; high school diploma required.
• Remote-work capability with reliable internet and a distraction-minimized workspace.
• Must reside in an LCS-approved state.
