Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team. Work from home and negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts, while staying compliant with applicable laws.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, set up payment plans, and document activities in our system. We expect at least 2 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a home-office setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently in a remote workspace with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to regulations.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions while remote.
• Communicate with management and team to meet goals.
