LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team. If you have a proven track record in third-party collections, strong negotiation skills, and thrive in a performance-driven environment, this role offers the flexibility to work from home while delivering results.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies while maintaining professional customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with collection laws and company policies.
