Job summary

Fuze Logistics Services USA, a next generation 3PL, is seeking a Business Development Executive for the USA remotely. You will drive new client acquisition in freight and logistics, manage opportunities from prospecting to closing, and build strong carrier relationships to optimize lanes and capacity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales within 3PL/logistics, excellent negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in 3PL transportation/logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop new business opportunities through existing and prospective client base.
• Prospect and identify new market trends, generate and follow up on sales leads, costing/rating and closing leads.
• Assist with carrier portfolio, developing relationships and matching lanes with freight.
• Meet goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis related to sales activity and new revenue generation.
