Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for 3PL to drive strategic revenue growth, expand key relationships, and ensure pricing discipline across complex logistics.

This role blends hunter and farmer responsibilities with cross-functional collaboration in a remote-capable environment. You’ll qualify opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, and negotiate contracts while delivering exceptional service to multi-level stakeholders in a fast-paced logistics network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or 5+ years of sales experience in transportation/logistics.
• Proven revenue growth and strong client relationships in a 3PL environment.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills across audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic revenue growth and expand accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new 3PL opportunities with disciplined prospecting.
• Own pricing, contracts, and commercial execution with cross-functional alignment.
• Build multi-level customer relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery and issue resolution.
